In Level 2, swimmers are off the bubble and ready to learn the fundamentals of freestyle. Students begin focusing on proper body position and stroke technique for the freestyle, also known as front crawl.
Swimmers will work on:

  • Strong, consistent kicking to support proper body alignment
  • Head positioning and controlled side breathing
  • Arm rotation, including the catch and pull
  • Bringing all components together while swimming in the lane

This level emphasizes coordination, rhythm, and developing a technically sound freestyle stroke in a supportive environment.

All classes are taught by certified swim instructors and are open to swimmers of all abilities.
